- All successfully purchased products can be exchanged within ten days for a defective item. Before the exchange, please visit the relevant agent or manufacturer for inspection to obtain a report confirming that there are no signs of human damage, such as scratches, water damage, or other forms of human abuse, before processing the exchange.
- For cameras, camcorders, and all equipment with a display screen and light-sensitive components, the device must be able to power on and show normal operation.
- All products to be exchanged must retain the complete packaging and the unused warranty card. Exchanges are limited to a new unit of the same model.
- Customers must keep the purchase receipt and present it along with the manufacturer's warranty during repairs.
- Copies of invoices issued at the store will not be accepted, so please take note.
- If customers request to reprint an invoice, a handling fee of HKD $50 will be charged for each invoice.
